Feedback/Complaint Form

Ropana Therapy welcomes feedback, whether it be positive or negative, as we use this as a measure to improve our service. If you have a complaint about the management or provision of services, for yourself or on behalf of a client (if you are a parent/guardian), please contact us and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

If you would like a response, please leave your contact details, however, an anonymous submission is accepted.

We will respond to your form within 5 business days to allow us time to speak to any necessary parties and implement a management plan, if needed.
